Welcome everyone on this flight on my Singapore bound flight on Singapore Airlines. 1st of 6 flights during September/October 2023. Normally, Singapore Airlines has shown consistently great service, especially when it comes to the crew and I always get a great level of consistent service from the crew. Unfortunately, Singapore Airlines crew missed the mark on this particular flight to Singapore. Not one crew member smiled or greeted me on board, while having no problem greeting those of a specific "demographic". They also were snappy when I was choosing my meal, being quite abrupt when serving it and then ignoring me as I got off the plane, but again had no problem greeting those of a specific demographic and appearance. On a brighter note, this marks the first time I've ever been on the same aircraft, same airline and in the same seat, albeit on a different leg. So definitely a key moment in my aviation journey!
