Player Profile – Yeonu Na (United States), Class of 2028 Currently attending The King’s Academy as a 10th grade student while competing for De Anza Force Soccer Club in both the ECNL and ECNL-RL platforms, Yeonu Na is a technically skilled and intelligent midfielder known for her vision, composure, and ability to influence the game in possession. Primarily playing as an attacking or holding midfielder, while also capable of playing on the wing, Yeonu stands out for her wide field vision, passing range, and ability to create attacking opportunities through progressive play. She is comfortable controlling tempo in midfield, connecting lines under pressure, and delivering accurate long-range distribution to initiate attacks. Her strong technical foundation and quality on the ball allow her to consistently contribute to fluid build-up play and chance creation. Yeonu has competed in high-level ECNL and ECNL-RL competition since 2023, traveling nationally and gaining experience against top-level opposition across the United States. During the 2024 ECNL-RL season, her team advanced to the National Playoffs Finals and finished 3rd nationally. In addition to club success, Yeonu has also been a standout performer for The King’s Academy varsity school team, earning First Team All-League honors during both her freshman and sophomore seasons while helping lead the program to a CCS Championship in 2026. With her combination of technical quality, tactical awareness, creativity in midfield, and ability to generate attacking chances, Yeonu is regarded as a high-potential prospect with strong long-term collegiate upside.
