Tusk handguards on TW200 - The Easy Way!

If you are considering handguards for your Yamaha TW200 - check out this video for tips and tricks for an easy and clean installation of Tusk D-Flex handguards on your T-Dub! There have been a number of comments about the P/N I listed in the video not being available...especially the important spacer and longer bolt. Essentially each individual P/N I list in the video is what Rocky Mount sent me but each was its own packaged / factory sealed item. Depending on the colors you want for each piece, Rocky Mountain basically assembles a "kit" of various P/N. If you are looking for the spacer / longer bolt kit, I would recommend you first try calling Rocky Mountain and giving them P/N 187065001 over the phone and see if they have it available. It is not shown on their website and I do not believe it was when I ordered my parts in spring of '24. Worse case if Rocky Mountain truly does not offer the spacer / longer bolt kit any longer, you should be able to go your local hardware store and get a 1/2" longer bolt. Hardware store may have aluminum bushings (or perhaps try Menards, Home Depot, etc) to use as a spacer or you could simply stack stainless steel washers. Sorry it's jumbled below but the following is the actual shipment confirmation of P/N from Rocky Mountain when I ordered my parts. Note that only the first P/N has a price and the rest are no cost items - this is due to how Rocky Mountain pulls together the kit for your specific application.
