The Mall road Lahore was laid out during the British Raj on a route leading to the Governor's House, lined on both sides with Mughal shrines and kilns. Perhaps this is the most romantic and refreshing urban road of Pakistan. This is the only place in Lahore which always wins my heart and I am in love with it. Mall Road is a tree covered and shady road, alongside which, many famous buildings and landmarks are situated such as; Aitchison College, Naval College, Amal Academy, Alhamara Arts Council, Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel, Nazria Pakistan Trust, National Institute of Public Administration NIPA, National Institute of Management NIM, Avari Hotel, Chief Minister Office, Governor House, Lawrence Garden or Bagh e Jinnah, Cathedral Church and School, State Bank of Pakistan, Diyal Singh Mansion, Alfalah Building, Lahore Zoo, Lahore High Court, Federal Service Tribunal Lahore, Anarkali, New Anarkali, Old Anarkali, Tollington Market, Punjab University Old Campus, Zamzama Canon, Town Hall, Nasir Bagh and Post Master General Office.
