This mini pouch faithfully recreates the shape of a cap — not only adorable in appearance but also functional as a zippered pouch. Attach a carabiner to hang it from your bag handle, and keep small items like lip balm, eye drops, or keys handy and easy to find. ✨ 【Features】 ◎ Faithful to the shape of a cap Recreates the brim, crown, and other details of a real cap in miniature form. ◎ Zipper closure Opens wide for easy access, and keeps your items secure inside. ◎ Tab Attach a carabiner to hang it from your bag handle — no more losing small items in your bag! 【Finished Size】 W9cm(3 1/2") × H13cm(5") (to the brim) × D6.5cm(2 1/2") 【Behind the Scenes】 After drafting the pattern, I created and refined it through eight rounds of prototyping, carefully reviewing: Fabric selection Sewing steps and process order Tips and tricks for sewing Seam allowance adjustments It took eight prototypes to finally complete this pattern! Since this project includes curved seams, it might seem a bit challenging at first, but I hope you’ll give it a try using the sewing tips shared in the video. I used to struggle with curved seams too — but while creating my previous Mug Cup Pouch project (   • 超かわいい!リアルなマグカップポーチつくったから絶対見てほしい/小さいは可愛い~ハン...   ), I practiced repeatedly and eventually learned the technique. Through this project, I came to recognize the difference between a “well-sewn curve” and one that didn’t go as planned. The cap pouch combines cuteness with the practicality of a functional zippered pouch. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did! ✨ 【Materials Used】 Outer fabric (Oxford) https://a.r10.to/h5H1Zo https://a.r10.to/h9Odz1 Outer fabric (Heavy Oxford) https://a.r10.to/hkLR5T Lining fabric https://a.r10.to/h9Odz1 Fusible interfacing https://a.r10.to/hNi9sU Zipper https://a.r10.to/hRmWDl PU leather tape 15mm https://a.r10.to/hk1lpF Carabiner (reference) https://a.r10.to/hkSqGq Neji-ko tool https://a.r10.to/h5gT9d Magnetic seam guide https://a.r10.to/hk04BC ※ There are cheaper alternatives, but since I haven’t tested their magnetic strength, I’m sharing the one I personally use.
