Season the picanha steaks with olive oil and grill salt. Place the butter, cream cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl and mix well. Cut the bread accordion-style, without going all the way through, and spread the garlic paste inside the cuts and then on the outside of the bread. Place the steaks on the grill.
