“Lead with Me,” hosted by Doug Carlberg, is a new podcast series produced by the San Antonio Manufacturers Association (SAMA) that will feature industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators that share their experiences, wisdom, and insights regarding all things manufacturing and beyond. Each month, “Lead with Me” will give podcast subscribers an inside look into a manufacturing professional's life story and key moments that made them who they are today. Episode 1, released on June 20, 2024, features, Amy L. Gowder, president and chief executive officer of GE Aerospace Defense & Systems. Gowder’s leadership roles previously included CEO of Aerojet Rocketdyne; president and general manager of Commercial Engine Solutions for Lockheed Martin and as vice president and general manager for Lockheed Martin’s Training and Logistics Solutions in Rotary and Mission Systems.
