Today, I'm sharing my two most powerful affiliate marketing strategies from those I've tested in recent years. Generally speaking, if you're doing business online... you have to do affiliate marketing. Otherwise, you're leaving a LOT of money on the table. Affiliate marketing allows you to create an additional source of income at the end of the month WITHOUT having more customers, customer service, or work to do. It's truly a PASSIVE source of income. But only if you use the right strategies, because like in any business... there are things that work and others that don't. WHAT IS AFFILIATE MARKETING? To put it simply, in the affiliate marketing business model, there are two people. One who has a product and wants to sell it, and another who drives traffic to that product. If the people brought to the product buy it, then the second person gets a share of the sale. This is called a "commission." THE FIRST STEP TO GETTING STARTED WITH AFFILIATE MARKETING: Before you do anything, you must understand your goal in affiliate marketing. Contrary to popular belief, it's not about bringing customers to your partners. It's first and foremost about building an audience (email, subscribers, etc.). Only once you've built this audience can you redirect them to your partners' offers and thus earn your affiliate commission. WHY CREATE AN AUDIENCE FOR AFFILIATE MARKETING? The main reason is that you own this audience. This means you can sell as many affiliate offers as you like in the future. This isn't the case if you drive traffic directly to your partner's website. WHERE TO FIND AFFILIATE PRODUCTS? You can visit specialized sites like 1TPE or CLICKBANK. You can also look on the website of a product/service you'd like to sell in exchange for a commission to see if there's an affiliate program. Finally, you can simply ask. WHAT TO SELL AS AN AFFILIATE? You can sell almost anything. Physical products, services, consulting, services, software, etc. WHAT DO I PREFER TO SELL? All products or services that aren't one-time purchases but regular ones are, in my opinion, the most interesting. Software, for example, with subscription offers where you receive X% commissions EVERY month from your affiliates.
