Legal Practice in 2021 - Powered by LAWSA
In this webinar, Professor Mervin Dendy unpacks some of the substantial legislative changes that have been made in recent years to the body of law regulating our profession, largely as a result of the Legal Practice Act of 2014. Prof. Dendy has written and updated 20 different LAWSA titles since 2007, including the first part of the newly revised Legal Practitioners, which will be titled Legal Practice: History and Legislation. He has already commenced work on part two, Legal Practice: Ethics and Common Law, which he expects to complete in 2021.
