Bus driver explains how 'crime is legal' in the UK

Bus driver Mark Hehir was sacked after chasing and restraining a thief who stole a woman’s necklace on a London 206 bus. Following a confrontation, he punched the man and held him until police arrived. Although police said the force used was “proportionate and necessary,” Metroline dismissed the driver and an employment tribunal upheld the decision.
