[Chicken steak ingredients] Main ingredients 800g chicken thigh, 450g enokitake mushroom, 1 tbsp salt, bit of ground black pepper, 5 tbsp grapeseed oil, 20g sliced garlic, 5g baby leaves Cream sauce ingredients 3 tbsp yuja preserve, 5 tbsp sour cream, 3 tbsp chopped scallion [Chicken steak recipe] 1. Get rid of moisture from chicken thigh with a paper towel 2. Make cuts on the chicken thigh 3. Get rid of dusty ends of enokitake mushroom and cut the stem part to use 4. Sprinkle salt on chicken thigh 5. Grill chicken thigh on an oiled pan, then add enokitake mushroom and sliced garlic to grill 6. Rest the cooked chicken thigh 7.
