The grammar is easy and the amount is not that large, so there's no need to focus on grammar and vocabulary 1:1. Increase your vocabulary, but instead memorize a lot in hiragana. N3 Grammar isn't too difficult, so make sure you study it thoroughly. The vocabulary is larger than N4, but the difficulty isn't that high. Most N3-level kanji in the reading section are read in hiragana. Don't stress about kanji; memorize as much as possible in hiragana. N4-level kanji often overlaps, so you'll naturally learn them as you study for N3. If you're a complete beginner or have forgotten everything since starting N4, then, as shown in the video, memorize the N3 grammar perfectly and increase your vocabulary by using hiragana instead of kanji. You should be able to pass the exam with minimal effort. ^_ㅠ (However, this method won't allow you to cram for N2. I think you should start with a solid foundation in N3.) N2 Grammar is challenging, and I experienced it quite hard in the exam itself. The vocabulary is definitely extensive. So, if you need to cover the language knowledge portion in a short period of time, you should use grammar. Reading was more about whether I knew N3 vocabulary well than N2 vocabulary. I saw a lot of N3 kanji, and I didn't see many N2-level words. And there's quite a bit of N2 grammar...
