This is the Fortschritt ZT 300 D belonging to René Veurink from Ommen. The tractor was built in 1981 and has 100 hp. ‘This isn't really for working anymore; you really have to be a skilled professional to handle it,’ laughs Veurink. ‘It is all very spartan in terms of luxury and technology.’ ‘I used to have Internationals, but they are getting a bit too expensive for me, and I still really want to participate in tractor pulling,’ Veurink continues. ‘I was looking for a low-budget tractor for which many parts are available, and that is how I ended up at Fortschritt. This tractor didn't cost that much, so I had extra to spend on the tires, so I got an extra set of tires.
