pulled from the scrapyard in nearly good condition the fan runs very fast compared to the usual relite fans even the later ones, the blades are steel unlike the older models unlike all other relite fans, the 1987 relite has very stiff canopies due to its much thicker hole compared to others, making it very hard to move the canopies upward or downward, for this fan i tried to remove the broken upper canopy but faced great difficulty as the canopies would barely budge, requiring great power and having risks of breaking the lower one due to being partially brittle with its outer layer crumbled
