Who loves eggs for breakfast? Us! Have you had difficulties feeding your toddler eggs? Turkish people love to eat scrambled eggs for breakfast especially dipping their bread directly in the pan! But try feeding your kid bread and scrambled eggs, what a mess! Kai loves eating but he is a slow eater and easily distracted. Bilge was on a mission to make breakfast easy while it is filling and full of nutrition. So she came up with this recipe. We can call "bread omelet" which is a mini french toast with a Japanese kick.
