CZ 600 Trail Review

CZ 600 Traill is a unique rifle which could fill a variety of roles. It’s light weight compact build couple be a perfect truck or back pack gun for the woods. This bolt action rifle was chambered in .223 with a 1/7 twist cold hammer forged barrel at 16.2 inches in length. It is threaded and a heavier contour. The trigger is a crisp two stage adjustable and AR 15 like safety selector. The stock collapses and extend for different lengths of pull but it is a bit wobbly and not ideal as a precision rifle rig. In testing we experienced 1-2” groups with Federal Gold Medal Match, Nosler Varmageddon and Sellior and Bellot 77 OTM ammo. It’s an accurate back pack and truck gun but not precision rifle capable. It’s an awesome concept in the CZ 600 Trail with tons to offer thanks to the lightweight aluminum chassis with MLok slots and a smooth running action and 60 degree bolt throw.
