This time, we embarked on a special journey starting from Guangzhou, heading to Hong Kong's northeastern hidden gem – Tung Ping Chau. This small island, only 1.16 sq km, is a vital part of the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark and a Marine Park, hailed as one of "Hong Kong's Four Major Natural Wonders." 【Trip Highlights】 Day 1: Maritime Adventure & Stargazing Camping Depart from Guangzhou, cross the border, and arrive at Ma Liu Shui Pier in Hong Kong. Take a ferry, enjoying the magnificent island views of Mirs Bay along the way. Upon reaching Tung Ping Chau, we found an ideal camping spot and set up our tents, experiencing pure wilderness living. As dusk fell, the sunset painted the sea red, and after nightfall, we stargazed under the clear, light-pollution-free sky, feeling unprecedented tranquility and romance. Day 2: Geological Wonders & Underwater World Wake up to the sea breeze in the morning and enjoy island-style breakfast. Embark on an island-hopping hike to explore Tung Ping Chau's unique geological treasures: More Lo Kei (更樓石): Two 7-meter tall rock pillars resembling watchtowers, guarding the sea. Lung Lok Shui (龍落水): A mysterious long, grayish-white rock formation, seemingly a dragon winding into the sea. Chek Keng Chau (斬頸洲): A natural corridor formed by sea erosion, walking through it feels like a marvel of nature.
