I bought an xTool F2 UV Laser and decided to solve a very important problem... Making a white marble coaster look far more expensive than it has any right to. Using a black marker, a marble coaster, and a completely reasonable amount of expensive technology, I engraved a custom design and captured the incredibly satisfying reveal. Could I have bought a coaster for a few pounds? Yes. Did I buy a laser instead? Also yes.
