Söğüt : Museo Ertuğrul Gazi

It’s a small museum, in an old Ottoman house, but its select ethnographic exhibits are enough to give a glimpse into life in the region over the past couple of centuries. On display are ethnographic artifacts and items belonging to the nomads who lived in and around Söğüt, old clothing and accessories, hand-woven carpets and rugs, weapons, measuring and weighing instruments, napkins and money bags, archaeological artifacts (Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman coins, Roman pottery), examples of Ottoman tiles among others.
