How to Get HO Model Trains & Locomotives

I often get asked what the best places to buy model trains are and I don't have a single answer since there are many places to choose from. Each place has its own pros and cons so I decided to make a video sharing my thoughts on all of them. The first segment discusses model train shops which are one of my favourite ways to buy model trains for a variety of reasons. The second is about online hobby shops as well as eBay. The third follows the benefits of train shows. Fourth walks you through buy and sell groups such as Facebook Marketplace and finally fifth covers antique shops and flea markets. I'm not of the belief that there is a single best way to find model trains but I hope this helps beginners or those to want to learn a little more on things to watch out for when on the lookout for equipment.
