How to obtain the same Quantification from Two Different XPS Instruments
Quantification by XPS involves calculating photoelectron peak areas and then correcting these peak areas with sensitivity factors. In this video, the components of these sensitivity factors relating to instrumental response to photoelectron kinetic energy are determined to allow corrections to spectra that permit similar quantification for a sample measured using two different instruments.
