SeaDoo Intercooler Failure - Performance Loss and Milky Oil
In this video we troubleshoot a 2009 SeaDoo Speedster 150 that was experiencing performance issues of significant speed loss and throttle hesitation. We check the impeller/wear ring, supercharger slip, coolant system and eventually find that the intercooler had failed due to freezing water cracking the cooling water passages. After replacing the oil, filter and the intercooler, we follow the boil out procedure and verify that the problem has been fixed.
