ASLIHAN GÜRBÜZ'ü Vicdansızca Üzdüler. İstanbul'u Terk Etti .4 Ameliyat 3 Sakatlık.

There are some actors; when we watch them on screen, we only see their characters. We watch their smiles, their anger, their tears, their power on stage. But when the camera turns off, we often don't know how that person is fighting within their own body, in their own loneliness, with their own pain. Aslıhan Gürbüz has appeared before the audience for years with strong female characters. She made millions laugh with Yahşi Cazibe, she practically took over the screen as Merve in Ufak Tefek Cinayetler, and she became the face of a completely different kind of pain in Kırmızı Oda. But in her real life, she had just as many heavy blows as the characters she played. In her youth, she hid herself because of her weight. She was hesitant to go to the beach, to go to the Turkish bath, to show her body. Then, a traffic accident during her conservatory years changed the course of her life. She was thrown from the back seat to the front of the car, broke her collarbone, and remained bedridden for months. The dreams she had for the theater stage were turned upside down as her body could no longer move as it used to. But the real test didn't end there. Over the years, four surgeries, three separate injuries, herniated discs, shoulder problems, knee edema, and a meniscus tear caused her body to start giving warning signs. The intense filming schedule, long working hours, and the exhausting rhythm of Istanbul wore her down. At one point, she stopped and made a life-changing decision: she would leave Istanbul. She went to Ayvalık. She moved to a simpler, quieter, more authentic life. She distanced herself from television, crowds, and fake relationships. She returned to the land, to sports, to healthy living, and to her own voice. In this video, we will tell Aslıhan Gürbüz's true story, not only her on-screen successes but also her struggles with weight, accidents, surgeries, days spent bedridden, and her fight to get back on her feet. Aslıhan Gürbüz was born on February 16, 1983, in Istanbul. At a young age, she experienced her first major move that would change the course of her life. When she was five years old, she moved with her family to İnegöl district of Bursa due to her father's job. Her father was a worker, and her mother was a housewife. She had a sibling. In interviews she gave years later, Aslıhan Gürbüz didn't hide the fact that she was the child of a working-class family; on the contrary, she proudly stated it. Because her childhood was spent not in the crowds of big cities, but in a simpler, freer environment, closer to nature. İnegöl was not just the place where she grew up; it was an area where her character was shaped, her powers of observation developed, and her imagination was nurtured. In an interview with Sabah newspaper, she described her childhood years as follows: “İnegöl was a small district. When we went there 22 years ago, it was even smaller. I can say I grew up in the forest. Therefore, I had a very enjoyable childhood. My father was a worker, so we had to go there. We lived in Istanbul until I was five years old, then we went to İnegöl because of my father's job. The adaptation process was a little difficult, but I grew up in much freer and more comfortable conditions than children living in Istanbul.” One of the aspects that stood out from her childhood years was her strong ability to imitate. She observed people and could easily pick up on voices, facial expressions, and behaviors. The desire to act emerged in her at an early age. Her dream was to one day become an actress at the State Theatre. However, despite this dream, she couldn't act on it for a long time. This wasn't because her family opposed it. On the contrary, her parents always supported her. They never put any obstacles in the way of her desire to act. But Aslıhan Gürbüz struggled to find that courage within herself. She couldn't actively start acting in theatre, especially until her high school years. Being a vocational high school graduate also caused her to feel left behind at times. She dreamed of attending a conservatory, but to pursue this dream, she first needed to overcome her own shyness. The weight problem she experienced during adolescence was also one of the issues that left its mark on her. Due to the weight she gained during those years, she felt uncomfortable with her body and stayed away from social environments. This situation seriously affected her self-confidence during her youth. In an interview with Hakan Gence from Hürriyet, she described that period with these words: “I gained weight during that time. Even when my parents said, ‘We’re going to the beach,’ I would stay home. I couldn’t go to the Turkish bath for fear of having to take off my towel. I suffered a lot, I wasted my childhood. Wisdom comes later.” These words also showed how fragile Aslıhan Gürbüz went through the period behind her seemingly strong demeanor today. These emotions, which she suppressed during her childhood and youth, would lat...
