We called it Prahok Ktiss. I named it, Khmer Curry Pork Dip. 😊 it is best served with fresh vegetables. ✔️ Ingredients to make Homemade Red Curry Paste ▪️ Lemondgrass - 3x ▪️ Galangal.- 7 thin sliced ▪️ Kiffir Like Leaf - 6 x ▪️ Large Red Dry Pepper - 12 pieces ▪️ Garlic - 7 cloves ✔️Note: You can add 1/2 tbsp of salt if you plan to store the curry paste more than a week. This way, it will not become mouldy. ▪️ Coconut Milk - 1 Can or 400ml ▪️ Fermented Fish - 30g ▪️ Shrimp Paste - 3/4 tbsp ▪️ Homemade Red Curry Paste - 3 tbsp ▪️ Thai Red Curry Paste - 1/2 tbsp ▪️ Sugar - 1 tbsp ▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 tsp ▪️ Ground Pork - 700g ✔️Note: in my left over homemade red curry paste, there is salt in it. That’s why I didn’t put any salt in the recipe. If you plan to make curry paste on the same day and use it right away, you may need to add a bit of salt to your taste.
