Italian Spinach Pie with Anchovies and Black Olives

This is a traditional family recipe that is from my husband’s side of the family . We enjoy it on Christmas Eve but you can make it anytime of the year! Since you will be using a lot of olive oil in this recipe make sure it is a high quality brand !
