Friends, this was my first time filming a cow farm. It was a great pleasure to be reunited with the cows and cattle I trained and worked with on farms abroad for many years. This farm boasts 3,400 head of Aryan and European Union-certified Holstein cattle. It also includes a small amount of American Holstein. The farm is extremely modern and, moreover, run by a woman. Arzu Şentürk Salık is an agricultural engineer who also studied at Harvard University in the USA and is quite knowledgeable. And, of course, the best part is that she truly loves her job. Her father (Hasan Şentürk) passed away at a very young age, which led to the family's decision to take over the business. She has taken this beautiful farm, started by her late father, to even greater heights. We applaud her. This video is a bit long. I debated whether to make it into two parts.
