Chocolate weetbix slice recipe : In a bowl, mix: 1 cup dessicated coconut 3 crushed Weetbix 1 cup of plain flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 a cup of sugar 1/4 cup of cocoa powder Pinch of salt Mix dry ingredients together, then: Melt 100g of butter and add to the dry ingredients, along with 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence and mix well until it starts to feel firm. ** If it's still a bit crumbly you can add a small amount of milk so it holds together ** Press into a greased and lined baking dish and bake at 180oC for around 15 minutes.
