Chilean Carlos Peña, a lawyer, philosopher, sociologist, professor, and writer, has become one of his country's most prominent intellectual voices. Each week, he independently analyzes current events in his newspaper column, while his books offer reflections on politics, economics, philosophy, and social processes. His latest work is titled "Humanities: The Visible and the Invisible." In this text, published in October, Peña "defends the relevance of the Humanities in an environment where information is abundant but reflection is scarce."
