भीषण गर्मी में बिजली-पानी संकट पर फूटा जनाक्रोश, कांग्रेस ने बिजली विभाग का किया घेराव डूंगरपुर। राजस्थान में पड़ रही भीषण गर्मी के बीच बिजली और पेयजल संकट को लेकर डूंगरपुर में लोगों का गुस्सा सड़कों पर उतर आया। कांग्रेस विधायक एवं जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष गणेश घोघरा के नेतृत्व में बड़ी संख्या में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं और आमजन ने बिजली विभाग कार्यालय का घेराव कर प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शनकारियों का आरोप है कि जिले में लगातार हो रही बिजली कटौती से आमजन, किसान और व्यापारी परेशान हैं। एक ओर लोग भीषण गर्मी में बिजली के अभाव से जूझ रहे हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर उपभोक्ताओं को भारी-भरकम बिजली बिल मिल रहे हैं। इसी मुद्दे को लेकर कांग्रेस ने बिजली विभाग के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया। प्रदर्शन के दौरान कार्यालय के बाहर भारी भीड़ जमा हो गई। स्थिति को देखते हुए पुलिस प्रशासन को बैरिकेडिंग करनी पड़ी। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने सरकार और बिजली विभाग के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की तथा शीघ्र समाधान की मांग उठाई। इस दौरान विधायक गणेश घोघरा ने राज्य सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस शासन में जनता को राहत मिलती थी, लेकिन वर्तमान सरकार में बिजली और पानी जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं के लिए लोगों को संघर्ष करना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान में विफल साबित हुई है। वहीं बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों ने प्रदर्शनकारियों को आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि जिले में विद्युत आपूर्ति व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए बुनियादी ढांचे पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार नए सब-स्टेशन सहित विभिन्न विकास कार्यों के पूरा होने से आगामी दिनों में बिजली व्यवस्था में सुधार होगा। विभाग ने स्थिति सुधारने के लिए तीन दिन का समय मांगा है। अब जिलेवासियों की नजर बिजली विभाग के आश्वासन पर टिकी हुई है। देखना होगा कि आगामी दिनों में बिजली संकट से राहत मिलती है या फिर लोगों का आक्रोश और बढ़ता है। Public Outcry Over Power and Water Crisis Amidst Scorching Heat; Congress Gheraos Electricity Department Dungarpur: Amidst the scorching heat gripping Rajasthan, public anger over the electricity and drinking water crisis spilled onto the streets of Dungarpur. Protesters raised slogans against the government and the Electricity Department, demanding an immediate resolution to the crisis. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Ganesh Ghoghra targeted the state government, stating that the public used to receive relief under Congress rule, whereas, under the current government, people are forced to struggle for basic amenities like electricity and water. He alleged that the government has failed to resolve the public's grievances. Meanwhile, officials from the Electricity Department assured the protesters that work on infrastructure is underway to strengthen the district's power supply system. According to the officials, the completion of various development projects—including new sub-stations—will lead to improvements in the power situation in the coming days. The department has sought three days to improve the situation. All eyes in the district are now fixed on the Electricity Department's assurances.
