Diálogos sobre estética entre Jorge Edwards y Gilles Lipovetsky

On Monday, October 21, at 7:30 p.m., the Telefónica Foundation Space hosted a dialogue on contemporary aesthetics between Jorge Edwards, writer and Chilean Ambassador to France (winner of the 1999 Cervantes Prize), and Gilles Lipovetsky, a prominent French philosopher and sociologist, in connection with their respective books: The Discovery of Painting (Jorge Edwards) and The Aesthetics of the World: Living in the Age of Artistic Capitalism (Gilles Lipovetsky), the latter recently published in France. The event was moderated by Lourdes Ventura, writer and literary critic.
