6 String Bass Solo
It’s not everyday you get asked to take a bass solo on an album. That album is Seeds…. Produced, arranged and thought up by my good friend Rico, under his artist name Lasperanza. A selection of beautifully recrafted songs, bringing together a raft of super talented singers and musicians. Given this had been a long time dream Rico was trying to realise, I was honoured to do it but I also remember feeling a little intimidated. I had barely touched the bass in almost a year from the grief of losing my dad. This short piece played a big part in finding my way back. Thanks Rico ;) This is the intro, you can listen to the entire track over hear: • Kilimanjaro The album is available on all platforms under Dome Records.
