China Boy Peplowski Ken 1993 In 1936 Benny Goodman recorded China Boy with his newly formed trio with pianist Teddy Wilson and drummer Gene Krupa. Of course, 25 year old Benny, probably the best in the world, had no problem playing it at a metronome tempo of 144 . Here in 1993, some 57 years later, there is this Ken Peplowsky.
