In this video I present a simple circuit diagram of an electronic relay, a solid-state type, assembled on an optocoupler and a triac. Voltage from 5 to 12 volts DC can be supplied to the input of the circuit. At the output, the triac can turn on and off an electrical load with a current of up to 4 amperes. Moreover, the voltage that can be supplied to the output of this solid-state relay circuit can be either alternating 220 volts or direct from 12 V and above. If necessary, the power of this electronic relay can be increased to 12 A by installing a more powerful triac of the BT138 type in the circuit. In general, this circuit has been tested and is fully functional.
