Hello friends, when I was a child, I had a favorite bread. My mother made it, and we would eat it especially for lunch. The whole family would share it. It's known as PALPA, OTONGO, and even PAPA BLANCA. Well, it's the same bread, steamed, using a method passed down from our ancestors.
