[MSFS] Development Tutorial - Add custom 3D models to MSFS aircraft

This HowTo / tutorial deals with the workflow to add custom 3D models to (existing) aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Basically, your custom 3D model is exported separately as glTF file and in a second step it is merged with glTF files of an (existing MSFS) aircraft.
