Minimal Power Consumption and Maintenance cost Highly efficient process with small pump and motor, no compressor power required, while the simple and robust structure of the KTM minimizes maintenance cost ニクニの「加圧浮上装置」は自動的に大気中からエアを吸引し、内部で攪拌/混合/溶解をさせる事が出来る渦流ターボミキサー（KTM）を搭載したマイクロバブルの発生装置を応用したものです。 気体の注入を渦流ターボミキサーで行っているので、コンプレッサーやラインミキサー（スタティックミキサー）、大型加圧溶解タンクが必要ありません。 気泡径10μ程のマイクロバブルを大量に作り出す事が出来ます。 渦流撹拌機の優れた混合力とシンプル構造により操作は容易、ライフサイクルコストを大幅に削減できます。 その活用方法は・・・ １．排水処理分野 汚れた水が入っている水槽の下方よりマイクロバブルを発生させると、バブルがゴミに吸着し、浮上分離させます。 ２．洗浄分野 洗浄部品を水を張った水槽に入れて、そこにマイクロバブルを発生させます。 ミクロの泡が洗浄部品の細部にまでにいきわたり、付着物を浮上させます。 ３．美容分野 お風呂や頭皮の洗浄にマイクロバブル水が使用されています。 ４．養殖分野 牡蠣の養殖や、苺の水耕栽培でもマイクロバブル水が活躍しています。 酸素リッチな水を植物などに直接供給する事で、成長が著しく早くなります。
