I Spent 4 YEARS Racing Dirtbikes, This Is The TRUTH

Dont waste time prioritizing the wrong things. These are my biggest takeaways after racing dirtbikes for almost 5 years. Dirtbike racing is extremely demanding in all aspects. Whether it is physical or mental there is always room for improvement. Having limited people to learn from, I've had to learn a lot of these lessons the hard way. This is what I wish I knew on day one. If I could start riding and racing all over again I would focus my attention and energy on these things. I race hare scrambles but this applies to all dirtbike racing (motocross, enduro etc). I wanted to share this video as a way to document what I've been through and what I've learned as a racer. I also want to be able to help somebody who is trying to improve and learn without physically riding. I remember just a couple years ago when I began riding and racing more seriously. I searched for direction and information about these exact things. Now that I've lived it and learned it the hard way, it's my turn to share the experience and help out my viewers!
