How To Fix Tunneling In Dead by Daylight

Tunneling has become more and more common in Dead By Daylight over the years. I blame power-creep on both sides - Survivor perks getting stronger, and the gap between the best and worst killers in the roster make balancing a nightmare. I have a few ideas that can potentially make the Tunneling issue less frustrating without even having to buff or nerf either side.
