10" subwoofer Bluetooth portable speaker -- big bass/quality sound (DeWalt battery powered)
The Douk Audio M1 PRO Bluetooth amplifier is rated at 160w x 2. These little amps need max voltage and enough current to even come close to that. So, I step up the voltage to 36v and provide it 10-amps. My best guess - it operates at about 140-160w (RMS) @ 1.5 ohms. Another thing, these mini amps like low impedance loads - so I run a D2 (2-ohm + 2-ohm) DVC subwoofer. Final impedance is 1.3 ohms. The tweeters are PRV silk dome. I use a 100w (20 ohm) resistor to knock the power down and then a 10 uF capacitor (for filtering) as a crossover. Power for this build is provided by any DeWalt 20v lithium battery. I left enough space inside to handle a big 9 aH DeWalt Flexvolt battery. No issues with the largest sized battery. This is a sealed box with double 10" rubber o-rings and gaskets. I bedlined the steel grill. It also has a 65w PD-USB and USB3.0 power jacks and voltmeter. Weight is 25 lbs. PARTS LISTING: Eylar 20" case https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0895HJ86C?...
