*I AM NOT A SUPERWOMAN.* I am not a superhero. I am not different from you. I am a real person. A normal person. A person who gets tired. A person who has bad days. A person whose brain sometimes says: “I don’t want to go.” “I don’t want to train.” “I am too tired.” “Maybe tomorrow.” The difference is not that I never feel this way. The difference is that I don’t let that voice make the final decision. I listen to it. I acknowledge it. And then I answer: “All right. I hear you. But I am going to train anyway. Let’s go.” Because I know something very important: I may not feel like training now, but I know I will feel better after. I know my body will thank me. I know my mind will feel stronger. I know my confidence will grow. I know every workout is building the person I want to become. My goals are real. My health is real. My future is real. And they are more important than the inner voice that tries to stop me. That is why I train. Not because it is always easy. Not because I am always motivated. Not because I am special. I train because I made a decision to take care of myself. And if I can do it, you can do it too. Start where you are. Show up as you are. Do what you can today. But don’t let that voice stop you. *CrossFit Tusky Valley — Start Where You Are. Get Stronger Every Day.* 💪🔥
