Korean Grammar Intermediate-level (83): ~(이)라도; choosing the OK next option. 입석표라도 사요.
In this grammar, (이)라도’ is a particle; it is attached to a noun and used to choose what you think is okay next, although it is not the most satisfying. When the noun attached has 받침, the form is ‘이라도’, without 받침, ‘라도’. There is no one-to-one translation of this expression in English because the ‘next choice’ part is hidden in the “~라도” expression. This grammar is easy. The more important is understanding the meaning of this expression. 00:00 Cover 00:11 Intro 00:37 Grammar 02:15 Sentence Practice 04:46 Summary 05:18 Ending
