Abs, Arms and Glutes Strength Workout with Stability Ball, Mini-Band and Dumbbells | 45 Minutes
This 45-minute strength-based workout focuses on 3 separate blocks of work: 12 minutes of glutes, 12 minutes of arms, and 12 minutes of abs! There is a short total body warm up to start and a cool down to wrap the class. Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, dumbbells (I am using 8's), a stability ball or chair/bench, a mini-band, and a good cattitude!
