In today's recipe, we're going to use banana. I really like making homemade moisturizers, as you already know. I really like using avocado on my hair; it's a very good fruit for hair, and so is banana. I recently discovered bananas. Before, I was a little wary of using them because of the lint and I thought they would stay in my hair, but man... It doesn't leave anything behind... The way I'm going to teach you will work perfectly. Don't worry, your hair won't smell like banana either. I mix it with masks and products that don't leave the banana smell. Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamins that are good for our bodies, but they also contain lipids that are very good for our hair. Our hair needs water and these lipids... So much so that vegetable oils tend to work really well with hair because of this. You can use bananas in two ways: the way I taught you, which is with a mask or using it straight on your hair. Both methods have great results. I have two recipes: one simpler and one more powerful. I recommend the powerful one (which I showed in the video) for very dry hair and curly hair that really enjoys this hydration. If you'd like to make the lighter recipe, I'll leave the link below. Remember that not every homemade recipe works for all hair types; you need to test it and see if it works for your hair. Just like products can be good for me and bad for you, or vice versa. A spoonful of granulated sugar Which adds a lot of shine to hair... 6 spoonfuls of whole milk Which will help moisturize your hair... Then I blended everything in the blender... Then I transferred it to another small container and mixed in the amount of moisturizing mask I normally use and a spoonful of vegetable oil... After applying it strand by strand, covering my hair well, I let it sit for 20 minutes... Then I rinsed my hair and used a heat protectant, finishing with a blow dryer... Awesome, right, beauties?
