Maiden - Arrows Hobby - T28 Trojan - Disaster

This was the maiden crash of my 1100mm T28 Trojan by Arrows Hobby.. 8th April 2021 I contribute everything here to the set up Prior to flight and the actions taken during the flight (all my own mistakes). I have a Runcam on the Left wing but no counter weight on the right wing, also I forgot to fit the nose weight to correct the CG (Runcam is behind the CG) - these counter weights had all been prepared but not fitted (My Error)... The wind was making it very difficult to test the CG so rather than stop, I decide that it should be OK (and it would have been had I fitted the counter weights) but I had not, so the CG was not correct.. The result is out of balance left to right also tail heavy... its never good flying a tail heavy aircraft !!! Damaged 1. Nose wheel retract worm drive housing split and drive bent, (new nose wheel and retract system on Order). 2. Nose wheel left side door broken (new nose wheel bay on order). 3. Motor mount broken lose, cracked front end, Broken cowl – (Motor mount glued back, splits glued and pinned, New Cowl on order) 4. Prop broken (two blades), Prop Hub cracked – (I have a spare prop, New Hub on order) 5. Right wing tip broken – Repaired and pinned. 6. Left wing tip broken – broken foam missing – trying to fix with HK Packing foam.. repair underway. 7. Rudder 9g servo teeth stripped – Replacing servo with spare metal gear servos I have on hand.
