Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet treat with coffee. ➡️ The full step-by-step process is shown in the video. 🧾 Ingredients (12 donuts – approx. 7 cm molds) 280 g all-purpose flour 120 g granulated sugar 120 g butter 2 eggs 200 ml milk 2 teaspoons baking powder a pinch of salt 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Additionally: donut molds For decoration: white, milk, or dark chocolate sprinkles Instructions Whisk the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the melted and cooled butter and mix well. Pour in the milk, add the vanilla extract, and stir. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and add it to the bowl. Mix just until combined – the batter should be smooth. Transfer the batter to a piping bag. Grease the donut molds and fill them about ¾ full. If you have leftover batter, you can bake it as a muffin. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C / 350°F (top & bottom heat) for 16–17 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the donuts cool, then remove them from the molds and cool completely before decorating. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Dip the donuts halfway into the chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
