I have a few tricks up my sleeve on this one! Learn how to make 84 HSTs at a time from any 2 fat quarters. The individual units produced will end up trimming to 2.5 inches or 2 inches finished inside a quilt, so one of the most useful sizes to boot. Make up a beautiful HST feature like I demonstrate or use them for Irish chain variations, log cabin variations, jelly roll race variations - the possibilities are endless!
