I'm Saki Tobita, a female Go player and 2nd-dan player affiliated with the Kansai Ki-in. Today, I'll explain the second tip for avoiding stone capture: the "diagonal" moves you must protect. If you miss a diagonal move, your stone will be captured immediately. If you notice your opponent's dangerous diagonal move, you can take a stone and attack!
