Week 2 | Mollie & Brydown Big Kisses | 2026 Trainers Challenge

Two weeks in, and Mollie and Brydown Big Kisses are continuing to build a partnership based on patience, trust, and consistency. This week’s update includes the first two bonus challenges of the 2026 Trainers Challenge. Trainers were judged on their first rides and groundwork exercise that showcased communication, confidence, and the connection they’re developing with their horse. Every horse brings a different personality to the challenge, and Brydown Big Kisses is proving that getting to know your horse is just as important as teaching new skills. It’s exciting to watch their journey continue to unfold. A quick update: At the end of Week 2, Brydown Big Kisses unfortunately came up unsound, so training has been put on hold for a quick bit while we figure out what’s going on. We’re all keeping our fingers crossed that it’s nothing more than an abscess that’s temporarily derailed their early plans.
