In Kitakyushu City, administrative evaluations are conducted to allow the city council, which represents the citizens, and the citizens themselves to understand the status of projects undertaken by the administration. However, in the process of continuing such a system, there is a possibility that the evaluation indicators may become ambiguous, or that the connection between projects and evaluation indicators may be left weak. I raised these points in a question during the regular session of the city council in June.
