T BRIDGE - Jembatan Kereta Cepat Tertinggi Cisomang

The T Bridge, the highest bridge on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway line, uses a single pier with the longest longspan spanning the Cisomang River. It is located in Darangdan village, between two regencies in West Java, Purwakarta and West Bandung. The highest bridge on the KCJB Cisomang high-speed railway line is located directly in front of the inlet of Tunnel 6, the longest tunnel, at over 4.4 km deep. This highest bridge has only a single pier, 54 meters high, with a 6-meter-thick foundation and a foundation depth of over 55 meters. The longspan spans 75 meters toward Bandung and 85 meters toward Jakarta. This bridge, instead of a box girder, uses a cast-in-situ system, where the bridge is constructed as a single, unified structure cast on-site. Located in the Cisomang valley and river, the bridge is constantly guarded by security personnel on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway line, with KCIC officers regularly checking the underside and surrounding area of ​​the bridge. This is a trace of the remaining KCIC KCJB project, where there are still some remaining parts of the project at that time.
